Built around intensive boxing techniques and drills in a non combat environment, the Boxing fitness Training Camp helps you unleash a fitness & performance potential that you never knew you had.

Each 4 week course has a specific training & technique topics, a support program to help build and develop your boxing fitness engine as well as optional homework drills to fine tune your techniques if you want to go that extra mile. 

ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS CAN JOIN A CAMP TO TRAIN

NO LEVEL OF FITNESS WILL REMAIN THE SAME

This 4 week course is designed to get you up to speed with the basics, develop your ability to throw punches for rounds and bring alive your stance, agility, footwork and movement. Unleash your fitness potential, with this 4 week camp, that contains a Total of Four, 45 Minute training sessions with your trainer, conducted once per week in either a Small PT Group or One 2 One.

Along with action packed boxing fitness sessions, this course contains a technique and fitness support program enabling you to make weekly progress.

All courses are Boxing fitness based and are non-contact.
